Main Reception Area/Front Desk - Harbinson House, Sedgefield

In line with a planned modernisation of our patient facilities, work will commence from 16th June, 2025, to relocate our current reception front desk at Harbinson House, Sedgefield to another area within the current waiting room.

The surgery will remain open as usual throughout the works being completed but there will be some restrictions in place to guide patients during this period.

To help our patient flow through the practice, not only during this period, please can we remind ou to:

• Use the self check-in when attending for a pre-booked appointment.
• Place prescription requests in the box provided inside the entrance to the foyer
